Everybody loves pizza - both adults and children. For this recipe take different meat products to your liking. Juicy filling in a crispy batter will not leave anyone indifferent!

Cooking
First prepare the dough. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes - until fluffy beanie.
To approaching the dough add the warm fermented baked milk, salt, butter and sifted flour. Knead elastic dough, roll into a ball and put in a bowl greased with 1 tsp olive oil. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.
While the dough is resting, make sauce. For this ladle, heat the oil, then add crushed garlic. A little warm up.
Then add the tomatoes without skin, cut into small cubes. Saute until soft.
In the end, add the Basil and oregano.
The sauce cool slightly, then grind immersion blender and add soy sauce.
The dough should increase in 2-2,5 times.
For the filling: sausage, pork and chicken cut into thin slices.
Roll the dough according to the diameter of the mold, brush with tomato sauce, place the filling...
.. and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in preheated to 190 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes.
