Salad
I love these salads. Today I cooked again. I belong to the category of winter. Due to the content of hot spices, a salad, has warming properties. Hearty thanks to the meat salad. Contains vitamins we need in winter, thanks to the carrots and beets. This salad will not be superfluous on our dining table.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pig meat wash, dry and cut thin strips. Ready meats mix with 1 tbsp soy sauce and set aside to marinate.

Onion peel, cut into strips

And fry until cooked in vegetable oil. When the onions are fried, place it on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

Carrots and beets wash and clean.

Grate separately on the Korean grater (julienne)

Now fry our meat, as well in oil. When ready, raise excess fat.

Put all salad ingredients in a deep plate.

Add the crushed garlic, spices, vinegar, sugar and remaining sunflower oil. Greens blend (tasty when a lot) and add to the salad. All mix well and the sunflower is a good choice.

The salad should infuse in the fridge for at least an hour. And you can eat!
