It turns out that the little cooks in France - not uncommon! I read with interest that the French kids are able to cook cakes and cupcakes! Yoghurt cake is one of the first that really do for kids. Why? Because but very simple to mix: all ingredients are measured the jar from under yogurt, which is used for the test. But I decided to make a cake measuring ingredients usual standards, suddenly someone come in handy... Even vegetable oil was replaced by butter. Try to bake a cake with your kids, I think they will be interesting!

Cooking

step-0
On the Internet usually write classic 125 ml of yogurt. I had a cherry; but it is necessary, and exactly as left!
step-1
Sift the flour
step-2
Add the baking powder (there's half a teaspoon, but in my experience that it is better one whole). Mix
step-3
I may have to sugar to dry ingredients add, but here's the thing - I have it ended :D Well, that was refined, I with the butter melted in the micro!
step-4
Add to the flour, yogurt, egg and oil. And it is better to mix separately wet and dry ingredients and combine
step-5
Manually stir with a whisk gently upwards until lumps disappear. Don't overdo it
step-6
The dough comes out as the muffins are not very liquid, but fluid
step-7
Put the oven on 180. Shape silicone no oil, pour and spread batter
step-8
Put in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, because of this amount of dough leaves a small pie and cares not for long. Photo evening (turned pale)
step-9
Put a favorite toy of your child at the table...
step-10
And together we are trying the cake!
step-11
Bunny happy :D
step-12
The cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar
step-13
Or fluff sour cream - this option is very delicious! The porous cake is well soaked and becomes very gentle and, as they say, with complete taste... Bon appetit!
