Meat with gravy
Meat with vegetables, gravy and ketchup. Suitable for any garnish. I'm in love with buckwheat.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

First, the meat cut into pieces, fry until crisp, add 2 tbsp flour and fry a little.

Add the onions, carrots, peppers. All fry to a crisp.

Add sour cream, water, tomato paste or ketchup, salt and pepper. Simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
