Seeing the recipe "Apple and carrot muffins" Natalia (LNataly), was thought to prepare pumpkin-carrot muffins, but gradually this idea was wound and, as a result, we got a kind of delicious and beautiful symbiosis of muffins, and vegetable pizza.

Prepare the vegetables (vegetables you can pick up on your own: broccoli, cauliflower, squash, zucchini, green peas) and cheese (suitable varieties, including such as Roquefort, feta, Parmesan or mozzarella), I took Tilsiter. Then the dough is put into molds (or cake pan 1 liter), sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown, checking with a skewer for readiness inside.
