Cooking

step-0
Prepare the vegetables (vegetables you can pick up on your own: broccoli, cauliflower, squash, zucchini, green peas) and cheese (suitable varieties, including such as Roquefort, feta, Parmesan or mozzarella), I took Tilsiter. Zucchini and carrots wash, peel, cut into small cubes. Launched into a pot of boiling salted water along with the beans and broccoli (the broccoli and cut the beans after boiling). Cook a few minutes until soft and recline in a colander.
step-1
RUB cheese on a coarse grater, black olives cut polyolefine or just randomly. In defrosted spinach and tomato paste (separately) add grated or crushed garlic.
step-2
Then proceed to test. In a large bowl whisk until smooth the softened butter with vegetable (or olive), add salt and spices (I have this ready-made spice for pizza, but can be individually pepper, Basil, nutmeg or other, to your taste). Add the egg, beat thoroughly, then add the second egg. It is kneaded. Add pre-sifted and mixed with baking powder and the flour into the egg-oil mass, knead the dough thoroughly.
step-3
Add the vegetables and cheese, gently stir, introduce the spinach and tomato paste, stir again and sent out at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
step-4
Then the dough is put into molds (or cake pan 1 liter), sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown, checking with a skewer for readiness inside.
