The main thing in this soup is sooo a large number of different meat: beef shank, veal, blood sausage, chorizo. And the obligatory beans or chickpeas depending on the region. The dish is very hearty, very suitable for winter, and this is evident in the ingredients. Spanish soup "of cocido" - a favorite dish of the great squire of don Quixote – Sancho Panza. But it all refers to the classic version. Offer a recipe I would call even diet compared to the options that cook themselves Spaniards.
