Pork in wine marinade
I can say one thing - super tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Dry red wine

    500 g

  • Coriander

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash the meat, remove the membranes, cut into medium cubes.

In a deep bowl put the meat, pour 350 g of wine and put one tablespoon of the coriander, cover and leave to marinate overnight.

Remove the meat from the marinade and dry with a squeeze. The marinade is NOT poured!!! Here is our meat.

Fry meat until brown in vegetable oil in a well heated pan.

Fried meat into a deep pot (I have a cauldron), pour the marinade, the remaining wine, water (so that she'd cover the meat), season with salt and pepper and simmer on low heat for two hours, until the meat is tender. At the end of cooking, for 20 minutes, put the remaining coriander and cinnamon.
