Fish lasagna
Lasagna with minced meat tasted and prepared many. But with the fish? Suggest! Very delicate flavor! Almost another dish. But still climbing! By the way, the recipe from the magazine "good advice"

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Spinach

    600 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Milk

  • Vegetable oil

Knead the dough from flour, eggs and olive oil. Flour as needed can be added.

Consistency - as for the dumplings. Knead until smooth. 10-15 minutes is obtained. Dough comes out a bit, but this is enough. Put into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Fish fillet spread on a pan without oil, sprinkle with salt, pour white wine and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Frozen spinach salt and stew in vegetable oil until tender (7-10 minutes). Preparing another lasagna, with asparagus and broccoli. Extinguished in one big pan, esstestvenno, not stirring.

Mozzarella cut into pieces, allow to drain excess whey. (don't know why, but my Mozzarella was based on the serum... But it was written in the recipe). Collect the lasagna layers in the following order: sauce, thinly rolled layer of dough, a piece of spinach, sauce,

Next: the dough, sprinkle the fish with lemon, the remains of the spinach, mozzarella, sauce, dough, lightly grease the remnants of the sauce

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
