Cooking
In a Cup mix the flour with the sugar, eggs, vegetable oil.
A thin stream pour the milk, constantly stirring the dough with a whisk.
Then divide the dough into 2 parts. One add the pistachio paste and beat well. Bake in a well heated pan colorful pancakes.
Curd mix with sugar powder. The cherries are thawed and put in a colander to stack the juice well and it dried out. On the Board put a normal pancake. The top, the middle, spread part of the cheese. About 1/3 of the pancake
Put pistachio pancake, forming grooves, as in the photo.
Two extreme grooves fill with the cheese mass.
