Soup
I went once (before adjustment!) to our builders in the shed during lunch and was stunned... the trailer overflowed with the intoxicating aroma of meat broth, and our greatest vanych foreman with a stopwatch is about electric and yells: "go to Sleep!"... So this soup in our family and was nicknamed "Foreman".

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Greens

  • Buckwheat

Here are the ingredients with which we cook our soup.

The basis of any soup is a good broth. If the soup it is rich and strong, for this soup broth easy - good chicken back (1 piece) on a 3-quart saucepan. Cooked it for 1 hour.

Chicken back cooked, the broth has become slightly yellowish. Now preparing minute by minute: run the potatoes - boil - fill buckwheat

Now we spread our roast and pour the greens (I have frozen parsley)

And cook for 10 minutes (no more and no less). Dressed with sour cream or just anything. With "spark" on the bread!

Then sit down to dinner. The taste of the soup with a hint of buckwheat and the color is slightly brownish, the first time was very cool.
