Oh, how vkusnogo! Mom came up with the dough recipe itself, I just scanned the site. A couple of days I could not find it, but when the dough was coming, I still found the bread recipe zucchini. But it differs greatly from your mother's, because I think mom's recipe is the place to be... the aroma of the bread was so good that couldn't wait to nip off a piece. Aroma stood around the house.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    400 g

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    70 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Yeast

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Wash the zucchini, cut into rings, remove seeds and peel, grate on a medium grater.
