Stew
Under this name many years ago, I found this recipe in one cooking pamphlet. When very little time, he often helps me. Share with You, the cooks, his trusted old recipe.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Cut the potatoes into slices.

Carrots cut into cubes.

Onion cut into half rings.

In the pan lay down the potatoes, add water, spices and simmer on low heat under closed lid until soft.

In a pan put the fat from the stew, melt it and in it fry onions and carrots until tender.

In the pot with the potatoes to add the browned vegetables, green peas along with the liquid and stew. Mix well.

On low heat cover with a lid and bring our stew until tender (check potatoes). Disconnect the fire. Adjust to your taste (doselevel, podderzhivaem). Add (optional) chopped greens.
