Carrot burgers with liver
Saw these burgers in the transmission and also wanted to cook, making minor adjustments. The burgers turned out bright, crisp outside and tender inside.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    400 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Carrots grate on a fine grater, pour the milk and leave for 25 minutes. Then drain in a sieve and squeeze. Milk we do not need, but it is possible to prepare pancakes, the batter.

Chicken liver mixed with 1 tbsp flour.

Fry in heated pan with 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil for 3 minutes on each side.

Add soy sauce, stir and turn off. Cool, cut the liver cubes.

Onion cut into cubes, sauté in 1 tbsp oil. Add chopped ginger, after a minute or coriander, turn off, stir.

Lower — to carrots, strained from the milk. Add to the carrots eggs 75 g (3 tbsp) flour, salt and ground black pepper.

Stir, divide the carrot mass into 6 parts.

Form each portion into a flat cake, put 1 tsp of the filling from the liver, to form patties. The filling from the liver is consumed only half, but cook less I didn't see the point.

Put patties into the hot oil, press with spatula. Fry for 5 minutes on both sides.

Put into a form and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
