Cutlets of oatmeal and nuts
I offer oat burgers. I learned this recipe from a video about vegetarian food. I liked them very much and my family too. I hope you will like this is not a complicated recipe.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Marjoram

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Start cooking our burgers.

In a deep frying pan, pour olive oil. Finely chop the onion. Using a press press out the garlic. Fry a little until translucent. I add a little water to the onion was soft (my husband does not like it when you get a solid bow). This is not necessary if you like pogrustnevshy onion in the cutlets.

When the onions will be ready. Add soy sauce, salt (optional), marjoram, sugar, black pepper. Can add their own spices that you like cutlets. Then mix everything.

Now in our frying pan add oat flakes (I use extra). Mix all together.

Then pour hot water. Must be calculated 1:1 water and oatmeal. Mix well. To turn off the stove (I have gas). If you have electric, then remove from heat. Close the lid. Heat enough oatmeal swelled. Wait about 5-10 minutes.

While our oatmeal swells, we grind our walnuts (not in dust). Put them in a thick plastic bag and pounding them with a rolling pin or like me with a hammer for meat.

Our add nuts to the oatmeal. All mix well. Our beef patties ready. Leave it for a few minutes to open so it cooled off a bit.

Tablespoon, take a portion of meat and form a meatball. If you do this with your hands, you'll need a bowl of cold water to wet hands. I do it with gloves and the meat is not as sticky as the hands. Coat the cutlet in the breading. I use the package for these purposes, so I'm very comfortable (after use, simply tied and stored until next cutlets).
