Surprise burgers
Your significant other loves meat or chops? Or meat? Or all the same chops? When You can't give preference to one or the other, then compromise. Make two in one, and as I show below.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Onions and mushrooms punch in a blender until minced. Then mix meat and mushroom stuffing place. Add eggs, stir. Season with salt and add milk to make a not dense, but not liquid stuffing. Repel it to the air, a dense mass. Who knows, explain beef, take in hand, RAISE AND THROW BACK INTO the CUP. And so until the meat acquires the required consistency.
