Chicken gizzards with potatoes in pots
Today I decided to experiment and cook chicken gizzards pot roast. Turned out delicious and nutritious dish, gizzards become tender and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    600 g

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    700 ml

Cooking
