Meat in sweet and sour sauce with sweet corn. I really like the meat in sweet and sour sauce, with chicken, pork and beef. Decided to share the recipe, suddenly someone come in handy. Dinner turns out great. This time I cooked beef.

Cooking
These are products that we need. To ensure that meat was easier to cut the plates on 2-3 mm, I did a bit frozen. Cut the meat into slices, place in a bowl, finely chop 4 cloves of garlic, add 2 tbsp soy sauce, mix and leave the meat to marinate for about 30 minutes.
While the meat is marinating, prepare vegetables. Try to slice the peppers and carrots the same plates as meat. Ginger cut into strips, and hot peppers -plates.
Prepare the sauce: mix in a bowl 2 tbsp soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, starch. In a hot pan pour some oil and fry the carrots.
Add the green pepper and ginger, fry until soft pepper.
When the vegetables are ready, put them in a bowl and leave aside. In the same pan fry the meat. I've done portions in a single layer. The meat is sliced thinly so it cooks fast.
Fried portions of meat back in the pan, add the vegetables and hot pepper (amount of pepper adjust to your taste and depending on the spiciness of the pepper). All together still a little fry and pour well-mixed sauce. The sauce quickly begins to thicken, stir and can be removed from the fire. Meat in sweet and sour sauce is ready. Ideally, serve it with rice.
I love corn, so I wanted instead of rice and serve with the corn. To the meat I added a can of corn, potamilla with the meat and all the dinner is ready, calling all to the table. Bon appetit!!!
