Ingredients

  • Couscous

    125 ml

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Sheet cherry

    6 piece

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Aronia

    1 handful

  • Butter

    15 g

Saucepan pour water, put a mountain ash, cherry leaves and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes Add the cloves and cook for a further 5 min, allowed to infuse under a lid for 30-40 minutes.

Reserve a few berries for decoration. Pushing to a blender ( remove the leaves and cloves ), squeeze, drain syrup and bring to a boil.

Now measure out 250 ml of syrup ( if a little then dilute with boiling water ) and put oil. Wait until the butter melts and fill them with couscous. Cover with a lid and allow to stand for 7-8 minutes If You like crispy couscous, then oil is not necessary, and just put it then.

Stir the couscous, decorate with berries and serve.
