Cooking

step-0
Put the dough. Water warmed to a temperature of fresh milk, dissolved in it the sugar and yeast, added a Cup of flour and stirred. Put in warm place to rise.
step-1
step-2
Cut green onions.
step-3
Used the sachet of spices - Bulgarian and hot peppers (spicy pinch), curry, coriander, and Basil.
step-4
When the dough has risen twice, added salt, olive oil, flour. Kneaded the dough. The dough should be elastic.
step-5
The dough was divided into three parts, and each added spice. 1 piece of green onion and dried Basil (fresh would be, it would be even better).2 part of the curry and coriander (you need, of course, turmeric, but I don't really like it, and in curry it too, but it seems to me, her scent is weakly expressed, but the smell of coriander - love) the Third part of the Bulgarian and hot pepper (spicy just a pinch).
step-6
The test gave rise. Every part of roll (the thickness of the layer a bit thicker than home-made noodles).
step-7
Started the "build" of bread. The first layer with green onions and Basil, another with peppers, and the third with coriander and curry. Each layer is smeared with egg and poured the sesame seeds and flax seeds (but you can choose not to do so).
step-8
Turned the layers into a loaf.
step-9
Cut the roll into equal parts, put in greased pan (better, of course, roll, cut, and put in a loaf pan, but unfortunately I don't have one). The top coat with the egg, but the egg add a little salt. Sprinkled with sesame seeds. Gave up. Bake at 220 degrees for 30 - 35 mins Bon appetit!
