Description
Don't look for here the usual triangular pies, Kazakh samosa in our region (the one that always made my grandmother) is a small semicircular pasties, deep fried, traditionally with liver, fried with onions (delicious, must try this version!). We are forced to do without a liver (it contains a lot of purines, and my husband has gout), for the SIM I offer a vegetarian version of this dish (although vegetarianism and Kazakh cuisine - two things are incompatible). Most importantly, make the cakes very small, barely a mouthful, and eat a hot, piping-hot. Bon appetit!

Cooking
Whey, salt, vegetable oil and flour knead a soft dough and let it sit warm for a couple of hours (I have then another day spent in the fridge - went only benefit)
In ready mashed potatoes add fried from onion, garlic and chopped sage, season all to taste, carefully stir the mixture
Lepim patties: half I did by using the form for dumplings - first, cut out a circle, put the filling and...
Hop! Close up using the form. But the traditional cake is...
That such teleplays rope.
Fry all this beauty in the oven and you get this here is the result!!! Delicious, help yourself!!!
