Description

Vegetarian samosa Kazakh
Don't look for here the usual triangular pies, Kazakh samosa in our region (the one that always made my grandmother) is a small semicircular pasties, deep fried, traditionally with liver, fried with onions (delicious, must try this version!). We are forced to do without a liver (it contains a lot of purines, and my husband has gout), for the SIM I offer a vegetarian version of this dish (although vegetarianism and Kazakh cuisine - two things are incompatible). Most importantly, make the cakes very small, barely a mouthful, and eat a hot, piping-hot. Bon appetit!
