Chanterelles in cream sauce made in the oven. A great addition to potatoes and love to incorporate them in pasta durum.

Cooking
Chanterelles clean, wash and boil in salted water.
Recline in a colander, leaving all the liquid. Onion cut into half rings.
Fry the onion and spread boiled chanterelles. A bit of fry all together.

Take out, remove the foil (cover) and again put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180*C.
For supply, I fried the potatoes in small cube, just salted, onions and spices. Taste wild mushrooms is not to be confused with spices.
