Chicken cooked by this recipe turns out very tasty, juicy and extremely flavorful. It is possible to prepare for dinner with the family and not be ashamed to apply for a festive table. Recipe from Yulia Vysotskaya.

  • Chicken

    1700 g

  • Orange

    3 piece

  • Brandy

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The preparation time excluding the time of marinating the chicken. So, prepare the marinade: mix the brandy ( I had herbal balm "Bugul" ), the zest of two and juice of three oranges, finely chopped garlic, salt ( salt suggest, otherwise will be dominated by a sweet orange flavor in the marinade ), pepper, vegetable oil.

Chicken cut into portions, put in plastic bag and add marinade. Package tie and put in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours. I had to get to dinner, so I marinated the chicken for two hours at room temperature.

When the time is marinating the chicken will be over, the potatoes, wash, peel, chop, boil in boiling water for 5 - 7 minutes.

Put potatoes in a baking pan, top lay the chicken pieces and pour all the marinade.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake until ready.
