Halibut on the grill
Friends, continues summer picnic! Of course everyone loves meat skewers, but the variety in the dishes we find! Let's fish now prepare! Those who fish loves, tasty, tender, juicy will be! Our goldfish! Help yourself dear!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Spices

Products. Number sauce for approximately 2 steak ( for two servings)

Mix butter, sugar, chopped garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper.

To heat on the fire, stir until the sugar is dissolved.

To prepare the coals, lightly oil a baking sheet (or grid), to dip the fish into the sauce, pour into pan
