Original recipe: PANCAKES WITH PUMPKIN, ZUCCHINI OR CARROT Fresh vegetables (pumpkin, zucchini or carrot), peeled, cut into slices and cook in a little water; cooked vegetables skip through Mincer or RUB through a sieve; in the resulting vegetable puree, not allowing it to cool, beat the eggs, put salt, vinegar or yogurt, add flour mixed with soda, and knead well, then bake pancakes on a hot pan. 1 kg flour - 1 kg of vegetables, 2 eggs, 1-2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1.5 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon soda, 2 tablespoons butter. In the video the recipe all the proportions three times less.
