Buckwheat with vegetables and meat
Not difficult to prepare dish! A lot of healthy vegetables, wholesome buckwheat, chicken breast, in General, the dish is quite suitable for those who are watching their waistlines ;) And for those not watching - too!)

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

First, boil the groats until soft. I have green buckwheat, the better the dish even healthier)

Zucchini cut into strips, tomatoes in small cubes, carrots to RUB on a grater. Vegetables saute 10 minutes.

Mushrooms cut into plates, fry in small amount of oil. After evaporated the moisture from the mushrooms add the onion, cut into half rings, fry a couple of minutes.

Chicken breast cut into small pieces, add to the pan the mushrooms and onion and sauté 7 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix in a high-temperature form of buckwheat, steamed vegetables, mushrooms, onion and meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add to the form a little water, bake for 25-30 minutes.
