Baked stuffed mackerel
A simple, hearty dish of products available! A wonderful lunch or dinner. The most difficult thing in cooking is to wait for it to end and to start the meal!))) Try!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Tomato juice

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Rosemary

Prepare the products.

Cut onion into half rings, sweet pepper - julienne. Finely chop the greens.

In a Cup put the chopped vegetables and herbs. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce TM "Kikkoman". Stir. Stuffing for fish ready.

In a Cup pour tomato juice, add the soy sauce (4 tbsp) and a pinch of rosemary. Stir. The marinade is ready.

My fish, cleaned from the inside. Put it in a Cup belly up. Inside the abdomen of each fish, put the prepared vegetable stuffing. Add the marinade. Leave for 20-30 minutes.

While fish is marinating, wash and clean the potato. Cut into thin slices. Put in a Cup, add 1 tbsp oil and salt to your liking. Stir. Spread into a deep baking dish.

On top of the potatoes put the fish. Cover form foil. Put in preheated oven and bake 45-55 minutes at 150 degrees. 5 minutes before end of baking remove the foil.

Served with fresh vegetables and herbs.
