Pie with fish and vegetables
Simple cake recipe with fish, potato and sauerkraut.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Milk

    300 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Fish fillets

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

To make the dough: combine the yeast, sugar and 50-70g of warm milk, put on 30-40 minutes in a warm place to rise. Then add the salt, remaining warm milk, butter and flour. Knead the dough. Transfer to a large bowl, sprinkle with flour, cover with plastic wrap, put in a warm place for about an hour. When the dough has risen, ebonite it and again put in a warm place for 30 minutes. Fish season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough thickness of 4-5mm and cut at an angle. On the middle put the chopped potatoes.

Close the pie, alternating the overlapping strips with two sides. The pan cover with pastry paper and transfer it on the cake. Brush lightly with beaten egg. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 180gr. the oven for 45-55 minutes.
