Pie stuffed with cheese and spinach. Yesterday I made cheese from a little podkachala yogurt, and it turned out sour, but in baking it's delicious. But I didn't want to do something sweet, but rather rich, so a salad for lunch. And in the freezer is just lying around almost a kilogram of spinach, bought last week and unjustly forgotten; and since Thursday we have traditional market and home will arrive fresh spinach, then it is necessary to do something, well, of course, cheese+spinach+a little imagination - and a delicious lunch is ready!!!!! Try it!

Cooking
Dough: curd, milk, butter and salt mix, add the flour with the baking powder (I didn't have regular flour, I got wholemeal, I love savory pastries), stir, put in the form (I 26 cm, you can take high cake pan) lined with parchment, flattened the dough, made a roll - ready.
Stuffing: I had frozen spinach, already washed and sliced (if You just bought fresh, then You need to wash it, finely chop and then put out on the heat for 5 minutes. Threw in a colander to glass excess fluid, put in a deep plate. Added cheese, salt, 3 eggs (from the Turks on the package with eggs specify size - M, L, XL - so I have been M if You have a large, you can take 2), stir, put the filling on the dough, made a pattern and optionally sprinkled with Nigella. Ready.
Here is our seed, which I put already beautiful but still not ready for eating pie, and decided in the end to taste add peppers and sesame seeds.
Here's this beauty sent in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
