Vegetable stew Irish

Shred the cabbage, carrots, onions, mushrooms. Potatoes cut into cubes, but not finely.

In a pan, put the cabbage, cover with water, simmer 15 minutes under the lid.

After add the potatoes, simmer another 10 minutes.

Add mushrooms, carrots, onions, saute 10 minutes.
