Chicken rolls stuffed with buckwheat and carrots
Chicken rolls are perfect for the holiday table. Very tasty, easy and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 tsp

  • Ketchup

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Buckwheat TM Mistral boil until tender.

Add to the buckwheat, the Korean carrot, mix well, season with a little salt.

Chicken Breasts cut into pieces along and discourage hammer, salt and pepper.

To pay 1st. L. toppings on the breast.

Rolling rolls, to fasten with skewers. Spread in a greased form for baking.

Mayonnaise, ketchup and paprika mix.

Rolls salt and pepper, coat with the sauce. Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
