Very tasty and a little spicy meat with vegetables. Necessary ingredients for this dish, pretty affordable. The basic rule is the faster roast all the ingredients in a hot pan. Also don't forget about soy sauce which gives the dish a beautiful look and subtle spicy touch. Help yourselves, friends!

Cooking
Pork cut into thin slices, then fine strips.
Fold in a deep bowl, add 4 tbsp of soy sauce.
Then add a piece of ginger 1.5 cm grated on a fine grater and also grated garlic.
Pepper and add the finely sliced chilli. Mix and set aside.
Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot, Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.
Oyster mushrooms, wash, dry and cut into thin strips.
Preheat the frying pan, add vegetable and sesame oil, then add meat. Fry on high heat, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. Ready meat into a clean bowl.
In the same oil fry the carrots for 1 minute.
Then add the peppers and onions. Fry 30 seconds.
Next add the mushrooms, fry all together..
Return the meat to the pan, stir fry for two minutes, add rice vinegar and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Fry for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat.
Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
