For our family - this is a seasonal dish. Prepare it just mushrooms from the forests, though probably from frozen. The peculiarity of this dish - replace the water with milk with sour cream. The dish turns out super, with a delicate flavor, I usually katancik in the family flies away for 1 day. The main eater of course I, then the son and then the children. My mushrooms are respectively generated.

Potatoes cut into cubes about the same 3 by 3 cm, to fall asleep in the cauldron and pour the milk. Reserve 2 potatoes for roasting. Put on the fire.
At the same time cut remaining 2 potatoes the same cubes and put to fry on high heat in butter. In the pan add the onion and 4-5 cherry tomatoes which are pre-punctured with a needle from different angles. Potato definitely fry until Golden brown. After roasting pour wine and simmer for about a minute.
We boil potatoes, we cook them approximately 5 minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms, and roasted potatoes. Tomatoes put aside and not throw, leave for decoration. Mix everything. We get such muck))). If the family all eat onions, it of course is also better to cut and fry. I unfortunately has to go.
Do not wait until boil, add salt to taste, Bay leaf, sour cream, stir. I basically do not add green paint, which interrupts the taste of the mushrooms themselves, but without Lavrushka also the taste is not the same. After boil, add 2 slices of cheese (not spicy) and simmer for 20-30 minutes (depends on the potatoes), turn it off, necessarily take out the Bay leaf, allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes and spread on a plate, decorate with tomatoes and Bon appetit!
