Cooking
Cleaned and gutted white fish, removing the gills and clean the blood clots along the ridge. RUB it with salt and pepper inside and out.
With lemon on a fine grater to remove the zest and leave it to the red fish. Half lemon slice, put in the abdomen a few slices of lemon and 2 sprigs of dill.
