Two fish in 20 minutes
The recipe that easy to surprise! Of course, it will have to spend a little more time - 20 minutes it takes the heat treated fish, but still - it's very quick and easy. It is realistic to prepare a dinner after a hard day's work, and the result is absolutely comparable to the cost of time and effort and will impress the most sophisticated gourmet. This is a really elegant dinner, which somehow themselves will have a wine and candles:) Here is a very interesting technology of processing fish two a great simple sauce - so supercasino, beautiful and useful. Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Fish

  • Lemon

  • Dill

    6 sprig

  • Yogurt

Cleaned and gutted white fish, removing the gills and clean the blood clots along the ridge. RUB it with salt and pepper inside and out.
