Cooking
Onions finely cut, carrots three on a coarse grater. Put all in thick-walled pot, pan or cauldron (I have a cauldron). Fry in butter until transparent bow.
Cabbage my razbiram on the inflorescence. If socute large, then cut them in as parts. Importantly, while stirring the cabbage is not razvalilas and not turned to mush. Send it into the cauldron, stir and cover with a lid.
Zucchini wash, cut into quarters, add to the cauldron, add salt (to the zucchini gave the juice), stir and cover with a lid. Add water or other liquid is not necessary, as the vegetables will loose their juices. Simmer until cooked over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
When our vegetables are ready taste for salt and if needed add more, pepper. Beat eggs, add sour cream or mayonnaise (tasty any version), peremeshivaem well, cover with a lid and after 2 minutes switch off.
The dish is ready. Priatnogo appetite! You can eat in both warm and cold ( cold, in my opinion, tastier, as bolado manages to infuse).
