To start poriem on average fillet cubes, onion and cilantro arbitrarily. Skip all through a meat grinder or use a blender. Garlic very finely chop. Add in minced garlic, rice, egg, curry, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and let stand for 20-30 minutes.

While meatballs bake, fry in a skillet in vegetable oil onion and garlic, stirring 1 min. Add curry, stir and pour the coconut milk. Bring mixture to a boil. Unfortunately I forgot to capture the finished mixture, but I hope so clear, how it should look :)

Fill the coconut mixture on the meatballs in the form of low down oven temperature to 140 degrees and return the form in the oven for 15-20 minutes. When serving, don't forget to sprinkle meatballs with greens :)
