The balls are very delicious, soft, melt in your mouth and it should be noted, when boiling retain their shape.   • Potato starch

  • Sour cream

So let's go. Cold boiled potatoes passed through a fine grate grinder (I have a potato yesterday, so I rubbed on a small grater).

While the dough cools, prepare the sauce. Bacon and onion cut into small cubes.

Our sauce is ready. Sour cream can be submitted separately, but you can stir in the roast, after adding a little flour or starch, and dilute a small amount of water.
