Cooking
In minced meat add onion, egg, breadcrumbs, spices and stir.
Add grated cheese. Thoroughly knead the dough.
From stuffing make balls and spread in a greased form. Spread on top of fresh tomatoes. Sprinkle the minced garlic.
In blender, chop canned tomatoes (or home ketchup) and add Kikkoman soy sauce. Tomatoes can just mash them with a fork (as you like)
Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
Put the dish in the oven at 200 C for 40 minutes.
