Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bacon

    4 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Boil eggs (4-6 minutes), then cool it in water and clean the shell.

Mix ground pork with 1 clove of crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Gently wrap the egg with minced meat, and then the resulting ball wrap a strip of bacon. Salt and pepper bacon on top.

Preheat oven/BBQ to 200 ºC. Grease with olive oil the front grill planks (alder/basswood/oak), pre-soaked in water and put the egg on top.

Bake in the oven on a preheated griddle or barbecue on the grill for 20 minutes.
