Dear cooks! I offer you my recipe of fish milt. Thanks to the batter, the taste is very delicate, not fishy. Teenage son doesn't eat fish, but is in Holy confidence that ROE "made from chicken" and eats them for both cheeks. So you are welcome!!! P. Cooking
Defrost and wash the fish ROE.
Pour the teriyaki sauce, leave for 30 minutes.
And this products that we need for the batter.
Knead the batter. Beer suggest to add gradually as it varies in density and may need slightly more or less than stated in the recipe number. The dough should be as pancakes. Milt I'm not salted, not percu. Salt, pepper and spices I added to the dough.
Milt dip in batter and fry in deep fat until Golden brown. Spread on a plate with paper napkin to get rid of excess fat. Do not forget to keep vigilant watch over the household and are ready to milk (the second disappear without waiting for submission).
