Cooking
Take the thigh the Turkey.
The stuffing I took mixed, pork and beef (can be ground Turkey meat). Add ground walnuts and cream. Salt, add pepper to taste and mix up good all.
At the thigh, remove the bone, remove the skin. Make cuts in the middle of the right and left. And deploy our meat. Definitely need it now and beat the salt.
Place the meat directly on the baking paper. Minced meat form this sausage. And place it on one side, preferably on large.
Next we need to wrap it in paper. And tie with string. Top coat with olive oil. And put in the oven for 1 hour at 190гр.
An hour to get our rolls. Remove the thread and paper. Allow to cool a little.
Cut the puff pastry into strips with a width of 3cm. And wrap around the roll. To the edges of the strips are easier kept, coat them with beaten egg. The top as well coat. Sprinkle all with sesame seeds. And put another 30 minutes at 180gr. for even Browning of the dough.
