Pancakes with walnuts
With walnuts I was cooking pancakes, but with nuts in the pancake test, ventured for the first time. You know, the experiment failed!!! I think that luck yeast pancakes depends on good yeast. I was not pleased pressed yeast "Luxury Extra". It's all good!!! The nutty flavour was more pronounced "rumyanosti" from the presence of buckwheat flour, holes... With the upcoming carnival of all chefs!!!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat flour

    50 g

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Cooking

In a mixture of warm water and milk to dissolve 1 tsp of sugar and the whole batch of yeast. Add the buckwheat flour. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise the dough.

While the dough is rising, mix flour, sour cream, softened butter and beaten egg white.

To combine the dough with the yeast mixture. Add yolk, milk, with dissolved salt and sugar.

In the end add nuts. Stir and leave in a warm approach.

Before baking, add vegetable oil, stir and bake pancakes.
