Cooking

step-0
To begin with, that will defrost the broccoli, one fresh, skip this step
step-1
In my microwave power 850 Wat - 3minuty, check his technique. after thawing, drain the excess water and disassembled into small florets. I did it by hand.
step-2
Feather/Penne boiled in salted water, ideally before the "al dente" but still focused on the taste preferences of your family
step-3
Meanwhile, sausage cut into thin wedges
step-4
In a pan melt a knob of butter, took the eye. since I have a ceramic pan and it took a drop. for metal pans will need a bigger piece, and you can add a drop of vegetable refined oil that did not burn butter
step-5
Fry on medium heat the cabbage for several minutes, up to five min.
step-6
Season with salt (I use sea) and season with your favorite seasonings. you can not season. much salt to add is not necessary, as the cheese will give your taste but still should not be to exclude it entirely
step-7
Add sliced sausage and fry for another few minutes
step-8
RUB cheese on a coarse grater
step-9
The contents of the pan refillable whipped cream, and you can skip this step but I at the last moment I wanted to make the filling more tender
step-10
Hot boiled macaroni and pour the cheese, stir thoroughly. then add dressing of broccoli and ham, mix gently trying not to spoil the appearance of the dish
step-11
Immediately served to the table, you can decorate with black sesame seeds.
