Description

Meatloaf with cucumbers and Lecho
A recipe from mom's old cooking notebooks. The taste is spicy, slightly sharp. You can submit as a snack, and as cutting, and one with vegetables or vegetable salad. Try it, you'll like it.

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Lecho

    0.5 can

  • Cucumber

    7 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
The required ingredients.
step-1
Onions finely cut and slightly fry in vegetable oil.
step-2
The Lecho cucumbers and cut into small cubes. Lecho better to take red pepper (I have green, so apparently merges with the cucumbers).
step-3
Potatoes RUB on a small grater, squeeze the juice.
step-4
Forcemeat mix with egg, ketchup, grated potatoes and onions passerovannym. Knead well, add 2-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (add gradually, you may need less), knead so that the stuffing turned into homogeneous, slightly vescovato mass. If the stuffing is dry, add a little ketchup or water otherwise when cutting the loaf will crumble. Roll into a ball, embossing (hitting the table).
step-5
Take the cling film, lightly grease with vegetable oil and distribute the meat in the form of a square. Spread the filling on top of cucumbers and flour (the filling you can choose on your own: greens, eggs, cabbage, etc.). Lifting the edge of the film, turn the stuffing into a log and "seal" the edges of the roll and seam.
step-6
Perekidyvaem the roll on a foil sheet and wrap it from all sides to make "candy". Spread on a baking sheet, put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
step-7
After 30 minutes, take the loaf, cut top foil, gently reveal it, and put the loaf back in the oven for another 20-30 minutes, subtract the temperature to 180 degrees until Golden crisp.
step-8
Checking the readiness of loaf with wooden sticks, can get, slice the roll and serve. All-all a pleasant appetite!
