Soup dumplings with custard manami
Soup dumplings are very similar here. The principle is the same, only I have a different form and a slightly different composition. I really liked this recipe precisely shaped dumpling. Perhaps like you, my dear fellow cooks.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2.2 l

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Carrots

  • Green onions

  • Dill

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Prepare the dough for dumpling. In the boiling broth (200 ml) put the butter and pour 150 g of semolina. Intensely disturbing, get a choux dough. Isn't like eclairs? So it turns out.

The dough is molded, like clay. Just in case that will stick, sprinkle the table with flour. Roll out and shape of the cut out stars.

In the boiling broth (I have chicken) throw in the gnocchi, cook for 5-7 minutes (until they float), and you're done. Put in the soup boiled carrots (I cooked in chicken broth), dill, green onions, salt, pepper, favorite seasonings.
