Very simple, but very tasty! Turns out tender potatoes with a creamy dill flavor!
Ingredients

Cooking
Peel the potatoes, wash, dry paper towel, cut into slices. In skillet, heat ghee (butter) oil and fry the potatoes until Browning. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour 200 ml cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
Chop 1 bunch of dill, add to the potatoes in cream and simmer for another 3 minutes.
I was served with the usual grilled fish.
