Description
Baked rolls of squid with vegetables and Apple and rosy, appetizing cheese crust can be a great addition to the side dishes of potatoes or rice or to be completely separate dish in the form of hot snacks to any holiday table.

Cooking
Clean the onion, carrot, Apple. To prepare the carcass of a squid.
Carrots, onions and apples to grate on a medium grater. Fold in one container.
Each carcass squid cut into two rings about the same. The remaining part of the squid, chop and add to stuffing.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Add 2 tbsp flour of corn.
The resulting filling is thoroughly mixed.
Stuff squid with filling. Put the rolls in the frying pan. The filling is very juicy and definitely will drain the juice from the rolls in the pan. Nothing to worry about! We will use as a sauce to garnish.
Cheese to grate on medium grater.
Spread grated cheese on top of rolls and bake in preheated oven until tender.
Here are calmarie rolls turned out. At garnish can submit potatoes, rice or pasta.
