Chicken liver Stroganoff
Very tasty chicken liver. A sauce of mayonnaise, grain mustard and parsley adds spice to this dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    225 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Rinse chicken livers, place in a bowl, cover with milk and leave for 15 minutes. Drain the milk.

Warm in a pan with olive oil, put the onion and cook for 2 minutes until soft. Push onions to the edge of the pan, put the butter and melt on. Fry the chicken livers for 1 minute on each side over high heat.

Mix the onion with the liver. Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a bowl mix the mayonnaise "Maheev", mustard and parsley.

Add the liver sauce.

Warm up to a boil or until cooked liver. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Try to serve liver with potatoes, buckwheat or pasta.
