Cod
This is one of the most popular ways of preparing fish in our family! It's very simple, very affordable, quick and delicious!!! The idea of food inspired by Sergei malachowski, changes have been made in accordance with our culinary tastes. Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Celery root

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

In salted water boil the rice. For this dish I chose the Jasmine rice company "Mistral"

Cod fillet cut into pieces and marinate in lemon juice, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt and black pepper. If you don't have the time marinate for about 6-8 minutes, leave on for longer - will be even tastier!

Celery cleaned and cut into either thin strips or use a grater for Korean carrot. Chopped celery put in hot vegetable oil, fry for 1-2 minutes, add the onions, roughly chopped, butter, Bay leaf, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and pour 50 ml of water. Mix and leave to stew under the lid for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cod fry on well-heated mixture of oil and butter. Literally for 2-3 minutes on each side. Pre-cod can be breaded in flour. Serve the cod with vegetables and rice. All a pleasant appetite!!!
