For many of my friends to cook a rabbit is to extinguish in sour cream. Do not argue, tasty, but the monotony gets boring. I want to try a new taste. I cook rabbit quite often and in different ways. But this recipe is without exaggeration my favorite! It is not difficult to cope with it any aspiring hostess. It turns out incomparable flavorful meat. Add cranberry sauce gives a sweet-sour, original taste.

Cooking
I had four legs of the rabbit.
The rabbit season with salt, add Italian herbs.
Heat the olive oil and fry the rabbit on both sides until Golden brown.
Put the rabbit pieces in a bowl for fire, pour the brandy and 120 ml of water.
Add the pink pepper and the chopped garlic.
And of course add the cranberry sauce.
I used cranberry sauce D arbo. (cranberry can)
Bring to boil, cover and cook on low heat until tender. I have a rabbit were braised for 1 hour.
A very aromatic, tasty meat.
