Chicken breast stuffed with peaches

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Peach

    1 can

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

First we need to divide the breast into 2 fillets, season with salt, if desired, sprinkle with your favorite spices.

Prepare the sauce: place the sour cream, add cheese, shredded on a fine grater, and finely chopped garlic.

Grease a baking pan with butter. Fillet cut with a knife pocket into which to put the peaches. I cut halves (peaches) in half and I got 3 slices per fillet

On top of the peaches put the sauce, pockets fasten with toothpicks. The remnants of sauce to lubricate the fillet. Bake for 40 mins at 180 °
